Terms of Service

The LightSpeed Track Event is conducted in accordance with the following Rules. LightSpeed Track Events reserves the right at its sole discretion to change these Rules, the schedule of events, penalties, awards, and any other element of this event in the interest of safety, fairness and improvement of the event or for any other reason. In addition, LightSpeed Track Events reserves the right to exclude, at any time, any participants from going on the race track for violation of the rules and/or driving that is inconsistent with fair and safe usage of the race track.

Operating a vehicle on a race track is a dangerous activity involving risks of serious personal injury and death, by voluntarily participating in LightSpeed Track Events  activities with knowledge of the dangers involved, it is agreed that the participant accepts any and all risks of property damage, personal injury and death. LightSpeed Track Events does not guarantee the safety of any participant, nor does LightSpeed Track Events assume responsibility for the actions of any participant or staff member during the track event.

Event Entry:

Event entry pertains only to the person that is signed up. Sharing of event entry in the form of sharing a wristband for example is strictly prohibited. A government issued ID must be shown during check in for verification purposes.

Existing Event entry fees are not transferrable to other events if requested within 14 days of existing event.

Event Entry Transfer: The transfer of event entry to another driver must be done at least 24 hours prior to the event date, a $15 processing fee will be charged to you. Entry transfer requests within 24 hours of the event date will not be accepted.

Waitlisted drivers will be automatically charged upon clearing the waitlist

All administrative processes must be done through LightSpeed staff. 

Failure to adhere to directions of LightSpeed staff may result in the exclusion of the event up to a permanent exclusion.

Track Credits: 

Track credits are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable and Does Not Expire.

Credit usage pertains only to the owner of the credit(s). Credit(s) may not be transferred by any means, way or form. 

Credit(s) redeemed for event entry may only be refunded in the form of credit(s) in accordance to the cancellation/refund policy

Rental Equipment:

Rental equipment such as but not limited to helmets and transponders may be reserved prior to or rented at the event. Availability is first come first serve. A credit card or government issued ID will be required as a deposit at the time of pick up. 

If the rental equipment is not returned by the end of day, arrangements for dropping off the rental equipment within the following week must be made within 24 hours of the end of the event. Failure to make arrangements and/or returning the rental item will result in the renter being charged the MSRP of the equipment item.

Any damage or alteration done to the rental equipment during the rental period may be subjected to the charge of the MSRP of the equipment item.

LightSpeed Track Events reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the terms and conditions without notice.
